How long does shipping take?

Orders from the US will be shipped via USPS, and other countries will be shipped via Singapore Post.

Average shipping time to the US: 10-12 days.

Average shipping time to Europe: 20-22 days.

Shipping time to Asia: 10-15 days (depending on the country).
South American countries will incur an additional $100 shipping fee and delivery time of approximately 5-7 days. Please contact me for ordering instructions.
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will be delivered on time, delays can still occur due to circumstances and our shipping partners. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates; Any delays or problems with delivery are entirely the responsibility of the shipping company, but we will investigate.

Do I have to pay import tax?

Yes, some countries like the US are tax-free, however, some countries have very high import taxes, possibly equal to the value of an order, so we do not cover the tax for orders; customers must pay the tax according to their country’s region. The best way to minimize import tax is to contact me for a purchase invoice (my sales invoice is declared at $10 USD for customers to use as a basis for tax declaration).

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow us 24-48 hours to process and ship your order.

Will I receive a tracking code?

We provide a tracking code for every order. Tracking codes will be available after your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of placing your order. You can track your order progress via the tracking email you will receive.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but we only have a short timeframe for cancellations. We have a waiting period of approximately 12 hours after the customer places an order. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know; you will receive a full refund. If it’s more than 12 hours, please contact me so we can find the best solution. You can still cancel your order even if it hasn’t been loaded onto the plane yet.
